We charge $2,500 plus agreed-upon expenses.

- Securing title search at our expense.
- Securing FAA Airworthiness and Registration records.

- Suitability recommendations.
- Upgrade suggestions.
- Negotiation on behalf of client.
- Assistance with pre-buy inspection arrangements.
- Assistance with scheduling.
- Assistance with insurance.
- All necessary paperwork.
Pickup and delivery of aircraft and training may be available for an additional fee.
Sales Rates
We charge 3.5% of the aircraft sale price (minimum of $1,600). Our rate is negotiable for aircraft with a sales price of $500,000 and above. Seller also pays cost of agreed-upon advertising and any other agreed-upon expenses.

- Photographing aircraft for sale, creating and placing advertising.
- Introducing buyers to sellers and sellers to buyers.
- Fielding all inquiries, providing detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Consultation services on aircraft performance characteristics, avionics, etc.
- Conveyance of offers.
- Facilitating pre-purchase inspections.
- Arranging for aircraft showings and/or flights.
- Assisting in price negotiation.
- Providing contracts and FAA forms.
- Suggesting options for financing and insurance.

Advertising
- Seller pays for all agreed-upon advertising costs.
- Your aircraft will be featured on the Nospinaircraft.com website for no charge.
- We typically advertise your aircraft in on sites such as
Trade-A-Plane, Controller, GlobalAir, Barnstormers, and other
agreed-upon for-pay sites and venues, along with a number
of free sites.
- For no additional charge, No-Spin Aircraft Sales will create a presentation using photos of your aircraft which will be posted on YouTube.com and included on our website and in advertising where possible.

We do not do appraisals but provide
professional aircraft valuation service:
- Price ranges from $150 - 300; this price will be included in the sale or acquisition fee if pertinent.
- Includes Some or All of the Following: visual inspection of aircraft, visual inspection of log books, market value analysis, VREF in-depth valuation.
- We are a VREF Online subscriber, giving us exclusive access to VREF's aircraft value guide and a database featuring:
- Historic and current aircraft value trends
- Accident and damage history
- Optional equipment lists
- Modifications and STCs
- Performance specifications
- Aircraft retail and wholesale value
- Residual values, liquidation values, and more
- What is the Difference Between an Appraisal and a Valuation?
- An appraisal typically consists of about 60 pages worth of reporting, which includes market activity, logbooks, records, and more. A certified appraiser may charge as much as $650 - $2,500.
- A valuation is about four pages and offers a snapshot for an aircraft you’re interested in.
- A valuation can be a more affordable option for those who want to save on the higher cost of an appraisal.
